We are a group of dedicated dog rescuers. Our lives have all been touched by rescue dogs, so we work together to help save more dogs in need. We take owner surrenders, pull dogs from over crowded shelters, and partner with many other rescues and shelters.
The name Mila's Mutts comes from an amazing dog named Milagros (miracle in Spanish) that was rescued from Mexico. It was a miracle that she was able to survive and make it to the PNW! She inspired us to start Mila's Mutts to help other dogs that need us.
We are a foster based rescue in Oregon & Washington. Our volunteers help rescue dogs in many different ways, from fostering, advocating, transporting, and more.

We are a Federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit. All donations are tax deductible. The money we raise will go directly to help our dogs in need. The majority of our costs are veterinary bills, dog food & other dog supplies, medicine, and any other items needed for our dogs while they wait for their forever family. We hope that you will consider helping Mila’s Mutts by donating (even $5 adds up so quickly!), transporting a dog in need, volunteering at an upcoming event, or fostering/adopting a dog! Even helping us get the word out on our adoptable pets is a tremendous help!
